Payment Policy

  • The total program cost can be paid prior to the time of registration, however it must be paid in full before the program begins. An invoice will be provided to you for your records.
  • Registrations close two weeks prior to the course beginning; if you register after this deadline, you must pay a $30 late registration fee.
  • Failure to make payment two weeks prior to the start of the course will result in being dropped from the course.

Withdrawal Policy

Due to costs associated with establishing, holding, and replacing participant slots, the following guidelines are implemented:

  • Refunds will be provided upon email request made to epe@fiu.edu. The cost of your materials provided will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will not be made after December 1, 2017.

Substitution Policy

If you cannot make the course and would like to send a qualified substitute in your place, this can be accommodated, provided you give advance written notice.

Note: Florida International University reserves the right to change without notice, any statement in this bulletin concerning, but not limited to, curricula, courses, faculty, tuition, fees, policies and rules. If course or curriculum changes take place after you begin the program, we will make every effort to implement the changes in your best interest.
