In addition to his work at FIU, Dr. Perry is a senior organizational development (OD) consultant with a proven record of success in both the public and private sectors. His consulting expertise includes a variety of OD interventions, leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, process reengineering and team building. Dr. Perry is currently an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and the American Society of Training and Development, the Academy of Management and The Academy of International Business.
